Thursday training.
500m Warm-up.
1km butterfly kick/reverse butterfly kick.
10x50m butterfly sprints.
100m warm-down.
Uncle Louis say we will be doing fly trainings to increase our stamina.

Polo guys played Water-Rugby in the small pool, and Andy got injured. Weilun got injured too. Really is Water-Rugby. lolol.

400m Freestyle Warm-up.
1.5km Butterfly. -.-" <- Super ZZZ! LAME LIKE TOOT!
200m Butterfly Sprints. <- This one even worst. DIAO TO THE MAX!
100m Warm-down.

Ok so people like me literally died during this training cause it's my first training after like 1mth plus and it was butterfly. Who agrees can raise your hands now and say I. Or just simply tag and keep this blog alive ! :D:D:D

So polo was Water-Rugby. I was watching by the side and was LMAO(Laughing My Ass Off).
-Like the first attempt of jump-ball, Andy threw the ball straight and it came back into his hands.
- Halfway thru the game, people realised why Blue Caps keep winning the White Caps, because Mr Andy gave out 7 Blue Caps and 5 White Caps only. So it was 7vs5. HAHAHA!
-The language they used during the mini-match.
-The way uncle louis play and the "kind-words" he used to address the polo guys.
-Tommy tried to pass a ball but he missed and the ball bounce off weilun's head. LOL!
-Refereee Kayuuuuuuu !
-The way Tommy and Mark passed the ball just to gain the scores. lolololol.
And the record was 28 passes by the Whites!
Blue LOST!!!!

hahahahah, now i wonder what will we be doing for training later. =/

I have no intention of mocking nor bragging. i just delighted to know that the waterpolo team had done a great job. Yes, we have no rights to brag, but it's the truth isn't it? We're not bragging, as a matter of fact, I AM NOT BRAGGING. Its a fact eh?
Nevertheless, Congrats again to our WaterPolo Team.
